Cancellation Policy
BOOKING | To book your appointment a credit card is required to keep on file. Your card will not be charged upon booking.
Your appointment will not be accepted until your deposit is received through Zelle or Apple Pay (559)909-9833. (Click on the top right icon of your service to view deposit amount). Deposits go towards your remaining balance and are nonrefundable. On the day of your appointment CASH is preferred. Please try to have exact change. ZELLE or APPLE PAY is also accepted.
LATE POLICY | 15 minute grace period. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled for being late will be charged 50% of the service fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY | All changes must be made 48 hrs before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
SAME DAY/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
NO SHOWS | NO COMMUNICATION will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No guests/children.
If you are not feeling well, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 reschedule in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fee.
